The skies have cleared and the humidity is less and today is beautiful. There was a fierce storm on Sunday that left thousands without power. I was one of the lucky to have power at home - but only half power at work. We closed the school on Monday – but I did get my weight training and a workout in at the studio.
Building the intensity up for all of the students is one of my goals. How far can I push myself and what can I do to get the others to push themselves too. It is important to know that you can push very hard and recover – there is no damage and you feel better about what you can do the next time.
